Director & Principal Psychologist 

Marina is the founder of Reid Wilson Consulting, a coaching and leadership development company that focuses on enhancing individual and organisational performance and wellbeing. Her goal is to assist people to develop their perspective and awareness, and to learn how to live aligned with their values. She helps her clients to accept and embrace the inevitability of change, and to learn and develop from their experiences. 

With over 20 years of Business Psychology and behavioural change, Marina is passionate about broadening perspectives and inspiring positive communication. Marina adopts an evidence-based approach, focusing on strengths and opportunities. She  works with people who are looking to change, but may be stuck in old patterns that inhibit potential. With a strong background in psychology, Marina has the expertise to uncover self-limiting thinking and to help her clients develop more effective mindsets and narratives that support peak performance and wellbeing.

Previous engagements have focused on executive coaching, organisational culture change, leadership development programs, psychological assessment, organisational consulting and workshop facilitation.

Prior to registering as a Psychologist, Marina worked in Outdoor Education, leading wilderness expeditions throughout Australia and overseas, focusing on personal development and resilience. 

Marina is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a Registered Psychologist, with a Masters of Science in Coaching Psychology. She also has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology, Bachelor of Arts Degree; with a double major in philosophy. Marina is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and Special Interest Group in Coaching Psychology and registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. Marina also volunteers her coaching to the Helmsman Project, a not-for-profit adventure-based coaching program for disadvantaged young Australians.
