WHAT IS EXECUTIVE COACHING?

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Meeting once every three weeks, on average
Face-to-face and online coaching - phone or Skype
Additional 'between-session' email and phone contact with coach
Sessions of approximately 90-minute duration
Six month engagements with option to extend
